Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. You are responsible for ensuring our team can safely access the service location at the scheduled time, including any necessary entry instructions, parking information, pets, and building requirements.
3. Payment and Service Standards
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service. We strive to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning every visit. If you have a concern about a completed service, please contact us promptly so we can review it and work toward a resolution.
4. Property and Liability
Please secure valuables, fragile items, cash, medications, and sensitive documents before service. We are not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing conditions, or damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, unsafe conditions, or improper use of cleaned surfaces after service.
5. Privacy and Updates
We use the information you share to communicate with you, provide services, and improve your experience. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates become effective when posted on this page.
